Role Overview
As Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bensonflow, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and target potential leads within our target market.
- Utilize various channels (e.g., email campaigns, cold calling, social media) to generate and nurture leads.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and interactions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Analyze lead generation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or good education background in relevant work in sales development or a similar role.
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
