Role Overview
As a German Speaking Real Estate Agent at Bensonflow, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients. You’ll take the time to understand their unique needs, preferences, and financial goals, offering tailored solutions that align with their vision.
Property Sales and Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. This includes providing detailed property information, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the transaction process.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends and regularly analyze the real estate landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. You’ll advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment potential.
Sales and Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with developers, sellers, buyers, and tenants to secure favorable terms for your clients.
Lease Management Services: Oversee the management of clients’ leased properties, ensuring optimal tenant acquisition and property performance to maximize returns.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns for German-speaking markets. You’ll contribute to creating marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional events, to attract and engage clients.
Self branding: Maintain a strong individual online presence promoting the company and promoting the latest trends and projects
Legal and Compliance: Assist clients with the legal and financial information required for property transactions and lease management. Ensure that all transactions comply with local laws and regulations and that clients are fully informed.
Additional Skills:
Expertise in Off-Plan Projects: Given the high interest from foreign clients, a significant focus of your role will involve advising on off-plan developments. However, you will also be expected to manage secondary market transactions, ensuring clients can access a full spectrum of real estate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university
- 1 year experience in real estate sales with proven track record – mandatory.
- Fluency in one or more of these languages is required: German and English.
- Selling skills and persuasion.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and understanding of the legal aspects of transactions.
- High communication, organizational and management skills.
- Analysis of the real estate market and the study of trends in its development.
- Orientation in the area, operational movement.
- Presentable appearance.
- Self-confidence, ability to plan, decisiveness, commitment.
- Team commitment.
- Driver’s License.
